Inspired by the film, From Dusk Til Dawn, the title is an acronym, a line spoken by George Clooney, to Harvey Keitel. It's the moment when they need holy water to shoot the vampires, and Harvey's character - a lapsed minister - refused to bless the water. So George asks him whether he's a faithless preacher or a 'mean, mother f**king servant of God'. Nice description there, George. :)
